Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
Setting up a catch-all email mailbox will be exceptionally easy if you have a shared website hosting plan with us. You can enable this feature through our advanced, albeit user-friendly Email Manager tool, which is integrated into the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you will administer your web hosting account. You will find all the email addresses that you have created displayed in alphabetical order and next to each one there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will instantly inform you if a particular mailbox stores all the emails pertaining to a certain domain name or not. With one click on the icon you can activate or deactivate the feature whenever you like. In case there’s activated email forwarding or if a different mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a specific domain, you will receive a warning notice from our system. The latter will not deactivate/replace anything automatically and without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be set up with a few mouse clicks in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated hosting plan with us. The hosting account will be managed through our in-house built Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll be able to set up email addresses using any domain hosted here. To activate the catch-all functionality for a mailbox, you’ll have to click the icon with the exact same name, which will be next to each mailbox. Deactivating this option can be achieved in the exact same fashion and will not take more than a click either. In case the catch-all feature has already been activated for a particular domain, you will receive a warning text message. The same is valid if the mailbox that you would like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never change or disable anything automatically.
